Variances, public drainage way, flood control basins, building or structure in the bed of a map street or public drainage way. Issuances of a permit of a building or structure not related to a street. Making and adopt and from time to time amend a master plan for the physical development for the Borough of Tuckerton. Administers the provisions of the land subdivision ordinance and site plan review ordinance.
