Borough of Tuckerton Land Use Board

Land Use meetings are held the
1st Wednesday and the 3rd Thursday of every month.

The public is encouraged to attend.


The May 15, 2008 scheduled meeting of the Tuckerton Land Use Board has been canceled due to the fact there are no formal applications on the agenda.

The next regular scheduled meeting of the Tuckerton Land Use Board is Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at 7:00 pm in the Borough Hall.

Borough of Tuckerton Land Use Board

Responsible for approval of subdivision plats, site plans, or conditional uses. Variances, public drainage way, flood control basins, building or structure in the bed of a map street or public drainage way. Issuances of a permit of a building or structure not related to a street. Making and adopt and from time to time amend a master plan for the physical development for the Borough of Tuckerton. Administers the provisions of the land subdivision ordinance and site plan review ordinance.

Brief description of the Land use Board, (in 2004 the Planning & Zoning boards were joined to form the Borough of Tuckerton Land Use Board) for full description and duties please consult the Code of the Borough of Tuckerton Book available at the Borough Clerks office.
