Tax payments are collected on a quarterly basis and are due the same dates as Water and Sewer payments.  Your quarterly payment covers three months--the month you are paying and the next two months.  As with the payment of taxes, you are given a 10-day grace period after the due date before interest is charged to your account.

Deadlines for payments for 2010

February Quarter:  Due 2/1; last day for payment without interest 2/10/2010

May Quarter:  Due 5/1; last day for payment without interest 5/10/2010

August Quarter:  Due 8/1; last day for payment without interest 8/10/2010

November Quarter:  Due 11/1; last day for payment without interest 11/10/2010                                        

Please keep in mind when sending your payment via the U.S. Postal Service be sure to allow enough time for the payment to reach us on or before the last day for payment.  Interest is charged back to the first of the month beginning on the 11th day of the month the payment is due.
